All Bepex International briquetters are manufactured to the same robust standards.

The Bepex International Briquetter will produce specific shapes depending on the roll pocket design to produce the briquettes you need. Typical products range from ‡" up to 8" wide. The compaction forces can vary from 10 to 900 tons, creating a hard product that will resist attrition. In many cases, a binder is not required to produce these briquettes, thus this process is more economical than competitive systems.

Briquettes provide control of surface area and airflow for better combustion or reaction. The attractive form provides convenience for the final application.

This is a diagram of a Standard Briquetting System. In this briquetting system, powder feeds and a liquid binder (if necessary) are fed into a premixer. The premixed feed is then fed to the Briquetter to form the final product. Product shape is determined by the shape of the rolls. The product is dropped onto a screener to sift out any fines present. The fines are recycled to the mixer.
