The S-Press is a horizontal continuous operation screw press that's designed for dewatering/dejuicing a wide range of food and other products.
Materials that tend to pack or are otherwise considered unpressable are frequently processed successfully by this screw press.
Juice is extracted from three areas of the screw press to maximize output and recovery. Free liquid is drained immediately to reduce the imposed hydraulic load. The screw press is equipped with separate main drive and cone motors for independent control of speed and retention time within the press. This design with its unique screw action represents the latest refinement in our S-Press which has served food processors successfully for many years.

Bepex V-Press Liquid/Solid Seperator

The V-Press converging disc design applies high pressure for maximum liquid removal from difficult-to-dewater fibrous materials. The amount of pressure applied can be adjusted automatically to maintain consistent results, even when materials vary.
APPLICATIONS OF THE V-PRESS
De-watering waste products, such as citrus rinds, paper pulp and coffee grounds prior to drying, incineration or landfill disposal.

Bepex Belt Drain

The belt drainer is used for gentle, precisely-controlled dewatering for delicate foods. Porous woven polyester belt drains free liquid, and then gently presses food against revolving drum for final removal of up to 80-90% liquid by weight. This belt drainer is more efficient than gravity vat draining, gentler than screw presses. Fully enclosed, this food processing equipment meets dairy specifications for sanitation. Available with clean-in-place spray system.
