JVI manufactures many styles of light, medium, and heavy duty vibratory screens. JVI offers both linear and circular motion screen models, as well as banana screens. JVI screens are customized to the application requirements- this means they are "engineered to order". Manufacturing customized vibratory screens from proven design standards is a cost effective approach to application specific requirements that can not be met by other 'off-the-shelf" solutions.
Quality
JVI uses only high quality JVI vibratory drives on all of our equipment. JVI drives are designed specifically for use on vibratory processing equipment. JVI Electromechanical drives can serve most screening and grizzly processes. For very large multi-deck screens, like those used in quarries, the JVI Exciter drive is most effective.
Applications:
Classifying -
Separating any size of solids into two or more fractions is called classification. The screening efficiency is the percentage of over sizes in a single fraction. JVI vibratory screens offer the highest efficiencies on an optimally sized screening surface.
Control Screening -
In control screening a high fraction of good material is removed from oversize or undersize foreign particles.
Grizzly Screening (also known as Scalping) -
Grizzlies are ideal for high capacity, coarse particle separation.
The fines are removed to reduce the load, and also the wear, on the crusher.
Dewatering -
This is separation of solids from liquids. Best results are achieved by upwardly inclining the screen to “cake” the material. Moist sand, for example, coming from a degrader, is dewatered so that it can be conveyed by belts.
De-Dusting -
To remove fines made up largely of dust that is produced in the final processing stages of a product is known as de-dusting. Washing screens can also be used if cohesion of fines to the coarse product is a problem. |
