HSA Stretch Hooders combine the weather protection and load stability advantages of shrinkwrapping with the economy of stretchwrapping. A one-piece hood is made in the machine from a continuous roll of gusseted film. The hood is stretched over the load and secured under the pallet. The load is unitized without the cost of energy required for shrinkwrapping, saving the investment and space required for the shrink tunnel.

Stretch Hooders are ideally suited to applications where pallet loads require five-sided protection, encounter stress during shipping or where products are sensitive to heat. The hood forms a smooth surface that is watertight and easily imprinted with logos or other advertising messages.

Adjustable stretch arms can handle
different pallet sizes.
